[tycho-user] Use materialized product as a p2 repository.

I am wondering if it is possible to use a materialized product as a p2
update repository? My builds have an artifacts.xml generated, but they
do not have the corresponding content.xml. Is it possible to generate
this file also?

I do have several cross-platform p2 repositories, but it would be
useful if I could generate a combined, platform specific repository.
