At runtime, where does tycho find the various p2 bits and pieces it relies on (publisher, resolver, etc.)?
I'm currently running 0.14 but the org.eclipse.tycho:tycho-p2-runtime artifact I have in my local repo is 0.12.0, so I'm suspecting that I'm missing something.
