[tracecompass-dev] Java 11 to be required for 2020-06 build

Hello,

Trace Compass and Trace Compass Incubator build nightly update sites with 2020-06 Eclipse dependencies but with latest code in master branch [1]-[4]. With the update of the bundle required execution environment of [3] and [4], we will also move to Java 11 for the 2020-06 builds, even though that Eclipse 2020-06 based builds technically should run with Java 8.

Please let us know if there are any objections.
