[tracecompass-dev] Extracting a model for Timegraph views

Hi all,

Over the last days, we investigated how to decouple the front-end (UI)
and back-end (core) for time graph views. After many design
discussions, I wrote a document, attached to this e-mail, which
suggests a "new architecture".

This architecture is a step towards defining a protocol for a REST
API.
