I’d like to nominate  Andy Clement
 for the Tools PMC. Andy has long been the project lead for the Aspect/J
Tools Project and has continued his contribution across many Eclipse projects,
including JDT.  In discussions with Andy, he indicated he was interested
in improving the Eclipse ecosystem I think his experience will be an asset
