So, WM, when can we disable the IP check so I can merge from my fork up to git.eclipse.org? As of writing, one test is failing and everything else builds fine both locally and in Jenkins [3].

I'm not sure if a PMC and EMO vote appears there, so Wayne & Tools PMC, please cast your +1 if you haven't already.

I'm sending this note to request a time ASAP to open the gates so I can then perform the merge and push as described here [1], followed by a number of commits I've added since then to my fork [2] to make the build better, including some reorg, upversioning to 4.5.0 across all artifacts, and more relengy goodness. See my fork for the list of changes I'd like to merge into master and start building for Simrel 2018-09 M3.
