[tm-dev] Neon

We need to decide if TM will participate in the Neon simultaneous release. Since TM is fairly static these days, there is no particular advantage in participating, other than being listed on the Neon page.

Here are the questions we need to answer:

1. Will TM participate in Neon?

2. What version will the release be?

3. What components will be included in the release?

4. What changes/improvements will be included? 

This information is required for the release planning documentation.
