Actually I need to take that back:

TM _did_ contribute to Helios SR2 RC1, I updated the build file on 4-Jan-2011 and thus SR2 RC1 already builds from our update site on the "Tools" location:
http://download.eclipse.org/tm/updates/3.2milestones/

This is where you find a p2 repo of TM Helios SR2 RC1, and the downloadable ZIPs are on the M-build I mentioned before.

A couple more changes is currently coming in, I'm going to promote a build towards Helios SR2 next week.

But anyways, it would be better if your build script picked up TM from ./tm/downloads directly.

There's something wrong with the redirection of the tm URL. This used to work for our build:
