Hi John,

I’ve hooked up the icon providers to refresh dynamically based on some generic extension point. So, you can register some logic (test for the presence of annotations eg.) to provide a different icon.
The refresh seems to work properly throughout the UI.

I’ll commit this as part of the Ganymede commit tomorrow if everything goes well.

Next step is “templates”... But that’s a different story.
