A committer election for Matic Petric on project Eclipse Qrisp
(technology.qrisp) was started by Raphael Seidel with this criteria:

Matic did significant work on the QAOA Module. For instance, Matic wrote
three out of four tutorials. Additionally, he conceived the QUBO feature and
fixed a variety of bugs.
