[technology-pmc] Committer Election for Torsten Trompler on Eclipse SimRel has started 
A committer election for Torsten Trompler on project  Eclipse SimRel
(technology.simrel) was started by Arthur van Dorp with this criteria:

Torsten Trompler has opened the PRs
https://github.com/eclipse-simrel/simrel.build/pull/198 and
https://github.com/eclipse-simrel/simrel.build/pull/227 and would like to
contribute to SimRel further Eclipse Scout contributions.
