In what manner is this a "works with"?

AFAICT it's being included in your "server" downloads which makes it a
prerequisite, not a "works with". Did you file this as a "works with" by
accident? Does this library have prerequisites of its own?

AFAICT, you've included it in a big bundle of plug-ins that your build grabs
from what appears to be "some random" GitHub repository [1]. That is, it's
lumped in with all of the other dependencies. Why all of these dependencies
being grabbed from some random GitHub repository?

FWIW, the project's download page is terribly out of date. Where would somebody
find links to all of the downloads that your CI is pushing to
download.eclipse.org?

I found most of the information that I have here by inspecting your CI build
(which requires committer level privileges). Where would a potential
contributor find build instructions? The build references a pom.xml file that I
don't see in either the master or dev branches; how do I build this locally?
