Thanks for bringing it up. As I see it, the actual code contribution is a
few lines of code. The majority for changes is formatting change -
potentially done by the Eclipse Java editor. Thus, I'm ok with not needing a
CQ.

IP team, is there a suggestion for handling those contributions in a way
that they don't flood the IP team queue?
