We don’t use a forum per-se. We are more a typical small GitHub-era project: Gitter (https://gitter.im/eclipse/golo-lang), @golo_lang on Twitter and of course the golo-dev mailing-list at Eclipse, although much of the developers discuss on pull-requests rather than the mailing-list.
