Thanks for clarification. You don’t need to specify an offset. Once the release review is complete, you are allowed to release at any time. Just communicated that within your community. However, usually it’s the other way around, i.e. you make a project plan and decide on a release date. Then you work towards that date and ensure that all reviews are scheduled before that date. Once complete, you just publish your bits on that date.
