[technology-pmc] Requesting Lyo project leadership addition of Michel Fi

Technology PMC,

Per the process for electing a new project lead [1], we are writing to request Technology PMC approval.

The Eclipse Lyo Committers have nominated [2] Michael Fiedler (mf.fiedler@xxxxxxxxx) for the role of Project Lead.  The intent is Michael will co-lead the Lyo project with myself.

The full nomination thread shown at [2] have received from the committers 4 +1's, 0 -1's and has been 7 days since voting has started.
