Any progress here? It would be nice to have this in M5 and if no one else steps up I would be willing to discuss this with the Planning Council (apart from the fact that I am not a Technology PMC member).

Chris (as Planning Council representative) do you have enough information to take this to the Planning Council? What else do we need?

The stage is prepared. We successfully participated in the juno.runAggregator build job [1, 2] build but need the exception for M4.
