a few weeks back, we had a vote on Navid becoming a committer on
Tigerstripe. At the time, he had not shown his value yet to the Tigerstripe
project directly.

Since then, he has been very active on 2 fronts:
- going thru Tigerstripe with a fine tooth comb... and finding a lot of
potential for improvement (see a lot of comments/bugzillas)
- providing corresponding fixes.

In particular, he provided patches for =?UTF-8?Q?Bug=C3=82=C2=A0=33=31=36=31=32=37=2C?= =?UTF-8?Q?Bug=C3=82=C2=A0=33=31=39=37=35=38=2C?=
