Copy and paste will eventually be the downfall of civilisation (or at
least my corner of it) :-(
I really owe the committer's list an apology, but that would simply be
more noise to 900+

PS - I removed the [eclipse.org-committers] as I figure I have
caused enough annoyance for one day :-(

The "-request" suffix is some specific suffix that the software for
maintaining/administrating the list uses.
If you don't have the proper permissions as a project lead but the
entries are correct in the foundation database the webmasters will be
happy correct that.
