Hi,

I'd like to propose Yuri Strot as a new committer on the Tigerstripe
(sub-technology) project.

Yuri as made a major contribution (bug 286878). His contribution also
addressed 3 existing bugzillas (215515, 215524, 217519), and helped
aligning Tigerstripe further with the use of EMF to annotate models.

In addition to this initial contribution, Yuri has contributed Wiki
documentation and is planning to enhance the framework further. (See A-API
part of http://wiki.eclipse.org/Tigerstripe_APIs ).

I consider his contribution of high value and quality and would like to
propose him as a new committer to the team so we can continue working
together in the future. 

I would expect his area of expertise to grow beyond the Annotation
Framework as appropriate.
