Hi Eugene,

I gave the example with the two Eclipse interfaces to make the problem
clear. However, my use case is different. I have only one client bur
breakpoints can directly be set at the TCF agent which also have a user
interface.
May be the agent should define for example over "Breakpoints
getCapabilities" if it is allowed or not to "touch" these breakpoints.
