[tcf-dev] Problem removing old debug sessions

Hi!

I managed it to reuse the contexts and to reuse my debugger thread. But now I'm having the problem that Eclipse won't remove or terminate the "old" debug sessions. Instead it is reusing the old ones resulting in multiple debug sessions that display the exact same information (see screenshot).

What needs to be done such that Eclipse will remove those?

I'm terminating and posting send_context_exited_event() but it doesn't change that behaviour.
