[tcf-dev] TCF / TE missing some "about.html" files in their bundles 
Hi guys,

Please check whether there's any "org.eclipse.tcf" bundles marked as violating the Simultaneous Release Requirements 
As per the simrel reports:

> http://build.eclipse.org/juno/simrel/reporeports/

Looking at just the first report, I found "missing about.html" files in all TCF/TE bundles, please fix these issues for RC2 !
And, please look at the other reports too.
Ping me for help if anything is unclear.

Looking at verified.txt I see lots of
   "jar verified.  Warning:  This jar contains entries whose signer 
certificate has expired.   Re-run with the -verbose and -certs options 
for more details."

It seems to fix this we'd have to re-build and sign ALL jars that have been signed before the switch to the new certificate and never changed since?
Is it good to rebuild just to catch up on the certificate?

Any recommendations?
