[stp-dev] Eclipse Helios M3+3 11 Nov 2009

This is just a reminder that our Helios M3 build will be
contributed on 11 Nov 2009. As per usual, we'll build from
source, looking for the 3.6M3 tag on each project.

For M2, there was an issue with signing the project
jar files. As yet, this is not resolved, there's a bug
report at

for tracking.

The recent trunk build failures were caused by a change
in the default version of Ant used by Hudson - it was
changed from 1.7.1, which is the minimum version we
require. The builds have now been updated.
