[stp-dev] Hiccups with Eclipse Infrastructure - check your commits

Some recent information [0,1] on some trouble and strife
going on with the Eclipse.org infrastructure. There is a
chance that commits may have failed if you were working
yesterday (15 Feb).

It might be a good idea to check that any commits you
made yesterday did stick.
