This is a vote for Vincent as an *initial committer*
for this new XML editor to edit SCA composite files and
SCA ComponentType files. This work is substantial and
extends the capabilities of the SCA sub-project.
I would like to remind all the committers listed below
that one of the requirements of being a committer is
that you take part in elections such as this one. This
is actually tracked by the portal software, so if you
don't take part in the elections, I get told that you
are 'inactive'. So take 5 minutes to vote please! :)
