[stp-dev] Ganymede RC2 May 28

So, RC2 build is planned for May 28 [0]. I'm going with a
plan to have everything RC2-tagged by the morning of May 26
so that you can all try out your own components and make
sure everything is as you expect.

Let me know if you have bugfixes or documentation that needs
to come in that won't make the monday tag and we can work
something out.
