This is a nasty situation for us - there seems to be a restriction
on the resolution of two versions of a plugin, just one gets
resolved, and it's the wrong one in our case :(

We're going to have to work around this in the short term,
but I'm not sure how - we're not supposed to have embedded
jars in the plugins. We can use the manual approach for the
moment of building in the UI, but that's not a comfortable
approach.
