Hi Alexey,

This happens due to prefix for assertion element is creating usingSchemaElement.getShortNameSpace() which returns for namespace
http://types.sopware.org/qos/SOPAssertions/1.1
prefix "1.1"



I've put in a bug report for this:

Can you add a comment to the bug report with the piece of
XML that caused the exception to throw?
