[stp-dev] SCA Composite Designer component code

The SCA Composite Designer code is now in the org.eclipse.stp.sca  
component,
moved from contrib. Thanks guys for having the naming and feature  
details
done already, I really appreciate it!

www.eclipse.org/stp/sca

Please excuse my 404 for the moment.

Next step is to start planning what we would like to see shipping in
the Ganymede release in June.
