The EID code is now in the org.eclipse.stp.eid component - I've
done some refactoring of plugin names, and added a gathering feature.

I've put up a starting point web page:  http://www.eclipse.org/stp/eid/

Next step is to start planning what we would like to see shipping in
the Ganymede release in June.
