My bad, I'm afraid. When I did move the rest of the WTP policy
projects to the final location, I left this one out because I assumed
that we would replace the validation stuff with the validation
framework anyhow. I guess that proves that what they say about
"assume" is true :-(
I've just moved org.eclipse.stp.common.validator to the correct
location. Apologies.

The .contrib directory is really a staging point for material that
moves
into the 'real' component directories. Anything that is important for
a component should be moved in to the component directory because I'll
eventually clean out the contrib.
