As soon as CVS repository is open for incubator projects, we will commit 
the source code of this designer for SCA.
We hope it will take only few days.

Oisin: alternativly, we can commit the project in the usual cvsroot fo 
stp? Or do you prefer to have a CVS directory dedicated to incubator?
