Thanks Andrea for reporting this and debugging the issue.

Indeed the version mentioned in the MANIFEST.MF is incorrect.

That explains why the update of STP with the STP-BPMN modeler on the
3.3.1 fails. Oisin and everyone, we are working on this. Our apologies
for breaking the update.
