RE: [stp-dev] Please download JAX-WS API plugins for compile latest stp

Hi Johnson,
The update site doesn't work (invalid license apparently) so I used the
archive from the link however a bunch of projects looks for a bundle
called "javax.wsdl" which is missing from the zip.
