[stp-dev] Fixed : [Bug 187498] The plugin org.eclipse.stp.bpmn.diagram can not be built successfully

Fixed the bpmn compile errors in the stp build system.

fixed build problem by adding customsrc to the build.properties.
and also added target dir to .cvsignore, since that dir is used to hold
the
output classes
