[stp-dev] Preference page paths

Hi guys,
I think we should create a separate, almost empty plugin that would hold the project nature, the preference page category, the wizard category.

If we try to use the BPMN modeler separatly now, it fills the log with exceptions regarding the preference page category.

I volunteer to do it, I would name it something like org.eclipse.stp, since org.eclipse.stp.core is already taken.

What do you think ?
