Notes from the STEM Call on September 14, 2017 On the Call: James Kaufman, Stefan Edlund, Judy Douglas Next Call: Thursday, October 12, 2017 1. STEM 3.0.0 Milestone 5: Release to follow solution of problem with launcher on Mac Jamie and Matthias to discuss in late September with item 3; workaround currently available at https://www.eclipse.org/forums/index.php/mv/msg/1084123/1753241/#msg_1753241 2. Updates Stefan included Regression in latest integration build following discussion of problem during the call on August 10, now up and running Stefan discussed frequency dependence with Emily, who is at a conference and could not be on the call Taras reported via stem-dev that the KLINE & STEM Webinar on August 13 went well; Jamie, others from Almaden participated CONGRATULATIONS to Taras on completing his master’s thesis and presenting his work 3. NEW SERVER FOR STEM Stefan has moved STEM clone to a new build machine Jamie and Matthias will discuss the server later in September; this involves essentially migrating plug ins, etc. 4. Bugs The bug on the STEM update has been resolved; it was not a problem with Windows 10 OS, but with the build |
