3. Bug Fixes to Multipopulation Model

Stefan: Diagnosed problem adding up transmission rates; denominator not used appropriate; FIXED

TO DO: Verify documentation is correct (See below for more re documentation, including links)    

4. Bugs of the week
Build problem IDed by Chris

Jamie: XText and Eclipse version out of synch; clean install of Eclipse 4.3 and checkout of STEM and (target platform) worked fine

Disposition: An Eclipse bug, not a STEM bug; we can’t fix

TO DO - Chris: Close bug

 

400930 Deleting a graph makes models/scenario useless

Status: Defer until Alex is back from vacation; Chris to ask Alex to confirm if he has checked "updated references"

409742 Mercator Map Logger does not export images with black borders

Status: Waiting to hear from Matt

409540 Proposal: Make solvers "first class" objects

Status: In progress

TO DO: Jamie to help Stefan write code

368889 Enable stochastic simulations

TO DO: Check for older disease models. Stochastic simulations now handled differently, propose we close this bug

Status: Defer to M5

408043 Feature request for Epidemic View in analysis perspective

Status: Defer; not part of V2; delete for now

6. EclipseCon Abstract submitted; Matt has done

7. ICSE Paper in progress. Stefan is working on section 4 for Matt; have a month to deadline

Kezban: Working on food-borne disease model (campylobacter in poultry); may submit as documentation for V2, use for paper

 

Stefan: Need links to Multipopulation Models multiple spots on wiki: Epidemiological Models; Disease Models; Advanced Models; Jamie TO DO

 

Stefan: Need new page on mathematic for Disease Models; Stefan TO DO

 

ALSO TO DO: Update figure in measles model; link to model as example for Multipopulation Model, Disease Models

 

Stefan to Chris, other developers: IMPORTANT: Two new plug ins from Matt are needed to run the Model Developer – (1) STEM model builder and (2) UI Editor
