Jamie: May collaborate on STEM w/ Dr. Emma McBride, epidemiologist (across street from Matt)

1.a V 2.0 Milestone 4 posted by Stefan 7/30; includes bug fixes and enhancements to model generation core
         
1.b V 2.0 NEXT MILESTONE? Milestone 5 needed; date set as 9/10  

Stefan: Will include test of new draggable solver

       Xtext model generator feature  
       Graphical Model Design (GUI for code generation,  Visual Editor )

           Advanced Dengue Example
           Directionally biased mixing model

4. Changes at Eclipse. Contributor License Agreement and Hosting at any social coding site
Stefan sent URI: https://projects.eclipse.org/user/login/sso

Jamie: Optional; puts us in good standing as committers. Stefan: Need to do before new release?

5. Bug(s) of the week:
Chris: Status of build problem—not serious, compatibility issue. Jamie: Matt will look @ 
400930 Deleting a graph makes models/scenario useless. Jamie: Will ask Alex who raised problem to try again; need to

go back & forth  
409742 Mercator Map Logger does not export images with black borders. Jamie: Matt is working on this
409540 Proposal: Make solvers "first class" objects. Stefan: Still working on this

368889 Enable stochastic simulations. Deferred to Milestone 5. Check older disease models

Stochastic simulations now handled differently, propose we close this bug
DONE Fix to aggregate time series view
408043  Feature request for Epidemic View in analysis perspective. Jamie: Will address

6. EclipseCon Abstract submitted (by Matt)

 

7. ICSE Paper plan on the model builder. Jamie: Matt working on this; will BfR serve as co-authors?

Chris: Using EMF on another project; will send email to Matt & Stefan

Judy: Please identify any areas of doc that you want reviewed w/ special care; she’ll do

Kun: Working on 2 papers, one w/ Sondra, on capturing background data

Jamie: Working w/ summer intern on campylobacter in poultry; big issue in UK; have created model

                Matthias: Also big in Germany but not as great a risk to humans as salmonella; can’t dig into now

                Jamie: Have talk scheduled w/ epidemiologist re the model

Matthias: Integrate research library into STEM? Jamie: We now import Bert
