[stem-dev] STEM Stable Build is available

Hello STEM Developers,
We now have a stable STEM build in the downloads page which is a version that was built today (May 20).
The stable build also has a Linux 64bit version.
Future weekly integration builds will go under the 'Integration Weekly Builds' and a stable build will be placed whenever we decide about it on the weekly call.
