Oops -- you're right. The cli sources _are_ needed for the server distro
(my bad :<).
I'm dashing off to a family commitment (daughter & classmates are competing
in nys high school debate tournament),
but I'll upload zipped source Sunday or Monday, when I get back.

build-stel.xml though, because the sources for it are apparently missing
form the distribution. I this lead to another problem quickly - an attempt
to initialize repository ended with:
Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError:
org/eclipse/stellation/cli/workspace/Admin
It looks like at least a part of the cli sources need to be added to
the distribution.
