[stellation-res] Junit tests

I notice that the current Junit test structure does not take care of
creating the test database prior to running a test suite and does not
teardown the database after. It also does not provide a lot of flexibility
in selecting which database to test against.

I would like to put some infrastructure in place to deal with these issues
unless anyone has problems with this approach
