[stardust-dev] Using Gerrit

Hi DEVs,
in order to ease external contributions, last week we requested enablement of the Gerrit code review system for all Stardust Git repositories (https://git.eclipse.org/r/). This change is effective as of now.
In order to affect regular development in the least possible way, committers are still allowed to bypass Gerrit code reviews. You will still have to use URLs according to the information below.
Please note some implied changes (for full details please consult the following page http://wiki.eclipse.org/Gerrit)
* Although the committer ID remains to be used as is, credentials are fully managed by Gerrit now. This affects SSH keys as well as HTTP(s) passwords. Please refer to
https://git.eclipse.org/r/#/settings/ssh-keys and https://git.eclipse.org/r/#/settings/http-password
* For PUSH access, new URLs must be used. Please refer to the following for examples of old vs. new
ssh://git.eclipse.org/gitroot/stardust/org.eclipse.stardust.ide.git vs. ssh://username@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx:29418/stardust/org.eclipse.stardust.ide.git
https://git.eclipse.org/gitroot/stardust/org.eclipse.stardust.ide.git vs. https://git.eclipse.org/r/p/stardust/org.eclipse.stardust.ide.git
* Please note that any use of plaintext passwords over http is highly insecure and always stick to https
Instructions on how to push contributions/initiate reviews will follow in a separate mail.
