OK, no problem. The Cloudsmith update site is just an extension to the
Spaces update site build so it's easy enough to publish the Spaces
update site as well. Is
http://download.eclipse.org/technology/spaces/updates a good URL or
would you prefer some other location?

site with additional features that the Eclipse IP policy does not
allow, that's fine, but there must be an eclipse.org update site and
it must be as current as any other update site (or more so) and it
must follow the Eclipse IP rules.
