[spaces-dev] Building the Spaces update site

Hi,
I added a new project to our SVN called org.eclipse.spaces.update. This 
project contains the files necessary to facilitate a Buckminster 
orchestrated build of an update site. Detailed instructions on how to 
build the site can be found here:
