[spaces-dev] Minutes from 17Jan2008 Call

1.        Short call.

2.       We have high-level alignment on project scope/goals for near and medium term.

3.       Similarly, agreement on Bjorn’s writeup of EclpseCon usage scenarios.

4.       EclipseCon proposal should be doable, and is a great forcing function for project.  Aim to have system available for presenters no later than March 1.

5.       Will have more frequent, unscheduled calls re progress.

6.       Next call will be on Monday at 12PM PST/9PM GMT+1.  Everyone should have gone through API/SPI spec and have a good handle on implementation scope.
