Hey all!

@Maria I would like to know the requirements for submitting a gsoc proposal under the eclipse foundaton. Is there anything specific I need to do?. Possibly sample pull requests, code reviews or anything you expect from me before I submit the gsoc proposal?

I do have interest in contributing and learning in the Eclipse Project as I found the skills listed at Project Proposals matching with mine one. I am a student pursuing Computer Science Engineering, not familiar with the Eclipse Projects and its environment as well as Open Source Software Development. Please let me know the next steps.

I am currently in my 2nd year of college. I do have experience in Java. As I used to code and learn Java before joining the college.
