Thread-topic: Separate DeltaIndexingManager and ConnectivityManager

Hi all,

I just checked in the changes for
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=279086 (Separate
DeltaIndexingManager and ConnectivityManager). I also updated
(hopefully) all documentation regarding this issue.

The change is pretty big in regards to number of changed sources, but
even more in regards to component usage, as DeltaIndexingManager has now
to used as a separate component and is no longer integrated in
ConnectivityManager.


Please report any issues!
