It was Georg Schmidt who said at the right time 01.04.2009 19:36 the

Hi Comitters,
as you know I suggest a project lead switch from me to Sebastian
Voigt, because he is a great benefit for the project.
Further he was doing large parts of the project lead communication to
Igor in the last time.
Could you please support that switch by doing an official commiter
vote on that topic. This point was required by the PMC.
